ABRA Body Shop located at Asheville Ford Lincoln is looking for a full-time Body Shop Manager. We are a large facility that includes a Quicklane, Service, and Sales Department. We are locally owned and operated and have partnerships with many local charities and community organizations. TONS OF WORK! Looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager. We are Tesla, Subaru and Ford Certified. What we offer: * Free Health Insurance Option Available * HSA company match contribution * Dental, and Vision Insurance * Short and Long Term Disability Insurance * 401k options available * Paid Vacations and Holiday Pay * Employee appreciation celebrations * Career advancement opportunities, promote from within * Discounts on products and services * Family owned and operated * Long term job security RESPONSIBILITIES: * Managing Body Shop Estimators & Technician staff, assisting with scheduling, payroll, inventory & tool needs * Ensure Technicians workflows are going smoothly and customer needs are prioritized * Managing technician productivity * Document all repairs & orders properly * Oversee vehicle washing, waxing, revitalizing processes * Leading our service management & reconditioning activities * Interacting with external vendors on parts inventory * Required to maintain the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction. * Required to understand and keep abreast of all federal, state and local regulations that affect their operations. * Effective vehicle production and inventory control * This is a hands-on, working position REQUIREMENTS: * Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors. * Valid driver's license with clean driving record. * At least 2 years of automotive management and automotive customer service experience * A hard-working can-do attitude * Excellent interpersonal and management skills The Krause Auto Group has been in business for over 30 years, and we contribute our longevity to our focus on both customer and employee satisfaction.
