Key Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:
Performs daily cleaning and janitorial duties in and around the facility.
Conduct routine landscaping duties.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of power and hand tools.
Working knowledge of landscaping and janitorial duties.
Valid drivers' license preferred.
Experience and skills :
3 years of experience preferred.
Balanced ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple departments.
Good computer skills.
