PA is expanding its global transportation sector team and bringing new, innovative transit and aviation propositions to the US market. We are looking for a Consultant Analyst to join this growing team.

We are interested in hearing from consultants with two to five years relevant experience from within the transportation sector or management consultancies, and those with relevant master’s degrees. At PA, we believe that a brilliant transportation consultant is curious, enjoys exploring new ideas, and with sector knowledge, will be looking to evolve thinking and problem definition.
We expect successful candidates to be able to demonstrate:
An understanding of the transportation sector and its structures, specifically in transit/rail and/or aviation
Exceptional problem solving and consulting skills (does not have to be for a consultancy)
Experience designing and delivering projects / programs in a range of environments, including but not limited to Project Management Office and infrastructure delivery
An ability to work with colleagues in a multi-disciplined team
An ability to create / maintain an effective client network by nurturing key client relationships
Familiarity with transport, transit, or rail planning, programming, and budgeting
Excellent communication skills and confidence to work across all levels of a business

This salary range is specific to the State of Massachusetts and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications. Massachusetts annual base range $93,000.00 - $113, 700.00.
